Mozuduck Studio
Mozuduck Studio is a one-person software studio in Tokyo, operated by mozuduck, a sole proprietorship registered in Japan. We find small, repetitive office tasks and turn them into tools that run by themselves, and we build and operate small web products of our own.
What we build
- REINS new-listing notifier· Live
Checks a Japanese real-estate listing system every hour, picks out new land listings that match a buyer’s criteria, and emails them with the floor plan attached. Running daily for a real-estate developer in the Tokyo area. Rule-based; no AI in the loop.
- Self-management board· Live
An always-on iPad dashboard for solo workers: today’s tasks, schedule, goals and tracked working hours, read from Notion. Claude reads the work log and goals and writes a morning plan plus weekly and monthly reviews. Offered as a setup service.
- Monthly numerology letter· In progress
An English monthly newsletter sold on Gumroad. Issues for all twelve Life Paths are assembled by deterministic code (no AI-generated text) and delivered automatically by a scheduled server job.
How we use Claude
- Building: every project on this site is designed, implemented and tested with Anthropic’s Claude (Claude Code). It is what lets one person go from research to production and operations.
- Operating: in the self-management board, Claude reads the Notion work log and goals and writes the daily plan and the weekly and monthly reviews.
- Knowing when not to: where results must be reproducible and cost-free (the numerology letter, the listing notifier), we use plain code and rules instead.
